Unfortunately, our prices don't include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the stuff you may be charged to receive your shipment. Make sure you consider all fees, because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc. (we won't be able to refund you if you change your mind).
In the situation your parcel shows as delivered but has been stolen or such, Meraki Design House will not be held responsible. Meraki will not provide gift cards, refunds or such for any such situation.
In matters of shipping, customers are welcome to reach out to the shipping carrier to resolve the matter. Customers are asked to track packages before emailing Meraki demanding where the package is.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange request, please start off with emailing us within 3 business days of receiving your flats, at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief description of your return/exchange reason.
We will follow up with you within 2 working days, and provide next steps based on your location.
We will unfortunately not be able to entertain return and exchange requests for orders that were delivered more than 10 days prior to the request being made.
Please note, that in the case of any exchange and refund, we will not be providing any return labels. All return labels are the customers responsibility except when Meraki has shipped an incorrect order.
In the situation the return or exchange package is not shipped back to us within 7 business days of request being made by customer, we reserve the right to refuse the delivery. In situations where returns and exchanges are mailed back after more than 30 days, we do not guarantee accepting the shipment or providing any refunds.
All items in the SALE section are Final Sale. They cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Canada: Customer ships back the product to our fulfillment center in Toronto, and we will take care of shipping the exchange back to you.

We only process exchange and return items in original packaging and shape. Any damage or wear on the product disqualifies the product for Exchange and Return.
Tip: We totally understand that returns can happen when ordering for shoes online. To avoid running into this situation, we encourage you to email us at email@example.com or chat with us on our chat box (on our website). Provide us basic information on what size you generally wear or your feet measurements. We'd be happy to assist you in selecting your perfect fit.
Non-Shipped Refunds/Order Cancellation
If the customer emails Meraki for an order to be cancelled before it has been shipped. Meraki will deduct $5 cancellation fee that it will be charged by payment providers. This cancellation fee is merely to cover the cost of bank transaction fees + shopify fees due to customers cancelling an order.
