SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We are committed to giving you a seamless shopping experience and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by MERAKI, customers will be sent written confirmation via email.
Please allow 2-5 business days from the time of purchase for order processing. MERAKI reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time, for any reason. All Domestic orders are shipped via Canada Post. All domestic orders valued above $99 are eligible for FREE ground shipping. Should you require expedited shipping in the form of guaranteed next day delivery or second day delivery, you will be given the option of making these selections on our check-out page. Those rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination.
All International orders are shipped at a cost where the shipping rates will vary according to package size, weight and final destination. Duties and import taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. All transit times begin after product is processed and shipped. Estimated transit time for international shipment assumes normal customs approval without delay. All shipping methods are not available for all destinations. All shipping policies are subject to change at any time for any reason at MERAKI’s discretion.
If you experience issues with your order, such as damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us within five (5) days of the delivery.
If your order shows as delivered in the tracking system but you have not received your package, please reach out to shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost orders.
If you are not satisfied with your product and would like a refund, you must contact email@example.com within five (5) days of receiving your product. Orders (not including international deliveries) may be returned within 5 business days of the original order's arrival. After 5 days, the merchandise is not returnable and is considered final sale. Merchandise must be in unworn condition and must remain intact and undisturbed. Any security tags, labels, seals, stickers, or any other form of usage indicator that were in place on the merchandise when it was shipped must be in their original form when returned.
In order to return or exchange, merchandise must be carefully enclosed in its original packing and be packed and shipped in such a way as to adequately protect the contents inside. We are not responsible for shipping charges on returned or exchanged merchandise. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipment for returns. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse.
All international orders are final sale - they can be exchanged but not returned.
Any items bought through a pop-up or any in-person purchase is not refundable.
Once your return is received by us and inspected for wear, we will send you an e-mail notification that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-12 business days (could vary). If you have not received your refund in a timely manner, please contact your bank/credit card company before contacting us.
We only accept exchange requests for size changes.
